The journey of Panorama Eye Hospital began with a humble opening in 2009 by Dr. Sonal Lakdawala Jadhav, the only female vitreoretinal surgeon in Mumbai with independent practice.
The hospital is well equipped with all the advancements in the field of ophthalmology with an expert team of ophthalmologist who are specifically trained in different ophthalmic subspecialties from some of the leading eye institutes of India all under one roof. Consultations
Our consultations include a full range of examinations from a simple eye glass prescription check to a full examination of your cornea, lens, retina etc. using precise equipment and skilled personnel. We even offer special consultations for children with squint, glaucoma, and for laser eye surgeries like LASIK .
Procedures
The range of procedures done at Panorama Eye Clinic extend from lasers required for post cataract surgeries and lasers for retinal problems such as bleeding in the retina where Argon lasers are needed. The need for any such procedure is diagnosed during the consultation. Some procedures can be planned during the same visit itself.
Tests
During or after the examination, there may be some tests that are needed to either confirm a diagnosis or tests needed to be done prior to some surgery or procedure to get more data or information. These tests are carried out using the best of ophthalmic equipments and lasers to be able to yield the best possible visual outcomes with excellent results.
Treatments
Surgeries at Panorama Eye Clinic are performed for a large variety of eye conditions such as for cataract, retinal problems like vitrectomy for Diabetic retinopathy, surgeries for glaucoma etc. The key to a successful eye surgery is not just in the facility or equipment but also in the skill of the doctors.
